Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada and Australia.
Estimated delivery times
- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days
- European Union: 2 to 11 business days
- United States, Canada and Australia: 3 to 17 business days
Delivery is free on UK orders over £50. These are estimates, and delivery times may vary because of customs processing and courier delays.
Processing and tracking
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Customs, duties and taxes (orders outside the UK)
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes when they arrive. These charges are set by your country’s authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and are the customer’s responsibility. Nah’s Empire has no control over them and cannot tell you the amount in advance. Please check your local rules before you order.
Lost or damaged parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier, and delays are outside our control. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email nahs.empire@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect address
We aim to ship orders quickly, so please check your address carefully at checkout. If you’ve entered the wrong address, email us as soon as possible with the correct one. Once your order has been dispatched, we can’t change the address, and we’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
