Refund policy
REFUNDS: We always make sure to package our products well to prevent any damage, however sometimes damage can be caused due to roughness from the post. If that does happen please email us with a picture and or video of your damaged package as well as a screenshot of your order confirmation and we will provide you with a replacement. if the replacement item is out of stock you will be refunded.
EXCHANGES: For hygiene and quality assurance reasons we do not accept exchanges this ensures that all of our customers receive brand-new untouched items.
