EXCHANGES: For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept exchanges. This ensures that all of our customers receive brand-new untouched items.
REFUNDS: We always make sure to package our products well to prevent any damage, however sometimes damage can be caused due to roughness from post. If that does happen, please email us with a picture and/or video of your damaged package as well as a screenshot of your order confirmation, and we will provide you with a replacement. If the replacement item is out of stock, you will be issued a refund.
INCORRECT ADDRESS: We aim to ship our orders fairly fast, so if you accidentally put the wrong address email us as soon as possible with the correct one. Once the package has been shipped, everything else is out of our control.
